Vaasu stays true to Kochhar’s passion for gastronomical discovery, offering sensational Indian plates inspired by his intrepid travels across India. The menu is set to showcase North Indian cuisine, paying particular homage to Punjab, Delhi and Rajasthan.
Vaasu has been open for gourmet take-away and home delivery during the pandemic but now the 80-cover restaurant can welcome guests to dine in. The design of Vaasu has been conceived to invite guests into a plush and inviting interior with opulent green colours, creating a luxurious fine dining destination inspired by Atul’s most magnificent experiences in northern India. The take-away menu will continue to offer a selection of exquisite dishes all made from top quality ingredients to deliver authentic Indian flavours, aromas and spices.
