The Great War

The Rifles will be returning to the Chiltern Open Air Museum this summer. On the weekend of 24th and 25th July we will be holding a small Great War event; exhibits will include the home front and the role of women. Railways were an important part of Britain’s war effort, so come and learn about the extent of how this influenced the outcome of the war. There will also be a RFC mobile work shop, demonstrations of the Leach Trench Catapult, and much more.Standard admission prices apply. Free entry for Annual Pass Holders.
