We will blind taste our way through all of the most famous sparkling wines of the world, including squaring off some of our very own English sparkling against Champagne, Prosecco and more – and we will discuss the different climates and production methods in play. A really fun way to spend an afternoon amongst the vines, and a chance to sharpen your tasting skills and learn all about the wonderful world of sparkling wine! This is a fun and informal tasting – absolutely no previous wine tasting experience required.
