Mat Leaver from Curious Foods is returning to Puddingstone Distillery to take you through his specialist range of salami and air-dried meats all perfectly matched with mini Campfire G&Ts and Campfire Gin cocktails. Tring based Curious Foods blend traditional skills with a creative approach to flavour with many spice and herb ingredients crossing over with gin botanicals.
Mat uses only the best British free-range pork and bucket loads of passion to craft unique flavour combinations such as Fennel, Cumin & Garlic, Spicy Harizo, Umami Salami and Beetroot, Quinoa & Caraway. Last time Mat created a limited edition salami especially for this event and he’s promising something exciting again. Not even we know what it will be yet! It’s secret!
A full sized G&T will be served to finish off the evening and cleanse your palate.
