Food and food production has always been a passion of Ben’s and he started his Villiers journey with us almost 20 years ago, rising through the ranks from commis chef all the way to Executive Head Chef.

Holding an AA Rosette means only the most attentive methods of culinary creativity are in play, and we’re proud here at Villiers Hotel, to have been recipients of AA rosettes for more than twenty years.

In all that time Ben (and his team) have been the Buckingham “foodie” visionaries and have been the driving force behind our numerous culinary accolades.
