We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the theatre and that's why we are making our venue as accessible as possible

Level access at the main entrance

One free ticket for the companion of a deaf or disabled person who is not able to attend the event unaccompanied is available on all performances

The main auditorium has space for up to 8 wheelchair users in the stalls; the Old Town Hall for up to 5

There is lift access to all levels of the theatre in Wycombe Swan, the Old Town Hall and the Oak Room

There is an accessible toilet on the Stalls and Circle levels

For visitors with hearing impairments

Sign-language interpreted and captioned performances for some of the biggest shows of the year

Wireless infra-red (Sennheiser) system - this technology uses an invisible infra red light to connect sound source and listener. Receivers available to collect from the Box Office

For neurodiverse visitors

Viewing room that we are able to offer to customers who may need to take a break from being in the auditorium but don’t want to miss any of the show.
