Our team of dedicated and experienced staff provide a warm welcome from the moment you arrive, which sets the tone for the spa’s relaxed and informal ‘come as you are’ atmosphere.

All hotel residents are invited to use the spa’s stunning facilities, which include a fully equipped Matrix gym stocked with the latest fitness equipment. There is also a wide range of range of fitness classes on offer, from Pilates and Chi Cong to Cardio Tone and Yin Yoga, as well as nutritional advice, an Osteopathy clinic once a week and a bespoke fitness session with one of the Spa's personal trainers. Loungers around the 20m azure blue swimming pool offer the perfect place to unwind after a strenuous work out and guests can also rest and rejuvenate in the spa’s poolside jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
