Fabulous hands-on gallery inspired by Roald Dahl's stories at the County Museum in the heart of the historic market town of Aylesbury

The Roald Dahl Children's Gallery is even better with amazing new exhibits!
You can step into the magical world of Roald Dahl with a visit to the fabulous Roald Dahl Children’s Gallery, which is full of exciting hands-on exhibits inspired by Dahl’s stories and museum objects; investigate minibeasts inside the Giant Peach, explore sound with the BFG, crawl along Fantastic Mr Fox’s tunnel and discover inventions with Willy Wonka.
The Children’s Gallery is part of Bucks County Museum which also offers family-friendly exhibitions and displays. Family activities are run during most school holidays.
There is a gift shop, cafe to relax in and walled garden to enjoy.
Entry to the County Museum is free but there is an admission charge for the Children’s Gallery and activity programme.
