Halloween This Half Term

Although some of our attractions have cancelled Halloween events this year, many are still laying on some spooky entertainment for kids this half term but please book ahead and follow all the safety procedures.

Take the kids on a spooky trail down Miss Alice's Drive in the grounds of Waddesdon and find 12 creatures of the night hiding there. Head to the Stables to carve your own pumpkin and enjoy a Halloween afternoon tea with ghoulish treats.

Spend a day at beautiful Stowe where you can collect conkers from Bell Gate Drive and make a wild crown from the leaves tumbling from the thousands of trees. Bring along your home carved pumpkin to be displayed in the temples and monuments in the grounds.

Some of the trees at Hughenden have been dressing up for Halloween to trick unsuspecting children. With creatures’ lairs and magical scenes, Hughenden will be celebrating the season of autumn in their garden trail plus handmade apple-inspired scarecrows are waiting to be spotted in the walled garden.
