We are extremely privileged to be home to a whole host of award winning eateries in Buckinghamshire and the Chilterns. From fine dining restaurants to unique stylish pubs, there is a place for everyone, every occasion and every taste bud.

The Royal Oak

The Royal Oak, set on the outskirts of Marlow, is a real comforting traditional country pub. But don't let the comfortable setting fool you, this pub serves anything but 'pub grub.' The Royal Oak is known for its sublime award-winning food, using local seasonal produce from the surrounding areas to create high quality, beautifully presented dishes. Enjoy a glass of wine from the neighbouring vineyard in Marlow, Harrow & Hope or dive into delicious ice cream made using cream from Lacey's Family Farm in Lane End. Currently Tourism South East’s ‘Tourism Pub of the Year 2017-18’ and recently they were awarded with 'Buckinghamshire Dining Pub of the Year 2019' from The Good Pub Guide!

The Hand and Flowers

Tom Kerridge has not one but three restaurants in Marlow, The Hand and Flowers being the most well-known. It is the only pub in the UK which has two Michelin stars. Tom Kerridge’s award winning pub serves delicious food in a genuine and friendly environment making you feel right at home. Many of the dishes use products from local suppliers to create simple foods where the ingredients speak (or taste) for themselves.

The Fat Duck

Enjoy an exciting unique food adventure at Heston Blumenthal’s award winning ‘The Fat Duck.’ This restaurant isn’t just famous for its 3 Michelin stars but also for the intriguing experimental dishes and ingredients that are used. Rather than just a sit down meal, this is an experience to tantalize all your senses. Heston Blumenthal creates a personalised trip which is based on your own childhood memories, bringing nostalgia and emotion to your meal. A fine dining experience which is completly unforgettable. 

The Mash Inn

The Mash Inn, located in the hamlet of Bennet End near Radnage, Buckinghamshire, is both a restaurant and hotel. Food is cooked in their open kitchen over a bespoke wood-fired grill creating an interactive dining experience. The menu is ever changing to echo the seasons and the ingredients are available in their kitchen garden. The chefs create food that looks like pieces of art, uniquely detailed and full of colour.

The Pointer

In the quaint village on the hill, The Pointer in Brill is a fabulous place to venture for posh pub grub. The Pointer uses their own seasonal produce to create unique dishes that reflect each month. You are also able to visit their butchers and farm shop which is located just next door to take home fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, charcuterie and bread. If you are wanting to extend your 'Pointer' experience, you can stay in one of the rooms just across the road. Brill and its surrounding area is full of fabulous walks and things to see. Impressively, last year they were voted as Michelin Pub of the Year, plus, The Times' Hotel of the Year!

Sindhu Restaurant

Sindhu by Atul Kochhar is the partner to The Compleat Angler Hotel, located in Marlow. This restaurant celebrates the best of traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist. Overlooking the river, you can enjoy an array of different Indian dishes that are full of flavour and colour. Sindu Restaurant has two AA Rosettes and is heavily complimented on how much of a perfect fine dining experience it is.

The Artichoke

The Artichoke Restaurant is run by husband and wife Laurie and Jacqueline Gear, and is situated in the beautiful town of Old Amersham. It has a whole list of awards, from AA Restaurant of the Year for England 2013-2014 to Rising Star in the Michelin Guide 2011. The owners are proud of their innovative and refined Modern European cuisine, using the best of the season's ingredients, with the majority locally sourced from surrounding areas. A family run restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food that is created from the heart.
