Wisteria Cottage Watlington

Award winning cosy character cottage, sleeps 2/3, in historic Watlington, close to the Ridgeway. Perfect for romantic and walking breaks.

A bit about us

Wisteria Cottage is a traditional English cottage which has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard and provides a real home from home experience. It sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms and 1 dog is welcome.

The cottage is full of charming features, including exposed wall and ceiling beams ( mind your head!), open doorways, pine latched doors and a log burning stove. It also offers a fully fitted hand crafted kitchen equipped with everything you may need and a contemporary downstairs bathroom with a slightly short bath with shower over.

The double and single bedrooms are upstairs and both overlook the sunny garden which is a pleasure to relax in after a day spent exploring the area.

There is off road parking for 2 cars and a secure cycle store is available.

Wisteria Cottage is situated on the western edge of the Chilterns and is an ideal base for exploring the villages seen in Midsomer, visiting historic houses and beautiful gardens, or walking the numerous named footpaths including the Ridgeway and the Thames Path. The delights of Oxford, Bicester Village and Bekonscot Model Village are close by. Or enjoy a round of golf or a Spa Day.

The cottage has a very flexible booking arrangement, accepting stays of 2+ days, starting on any day of the week.
