Thomley is a place for people of all abilities & disabilities in Worminghall, offering camping pods built with disabled people in mind.
Thomley is set on a beautiful 9 acre site, fully enclosed in the countryside.
What do we offer?
Our site is spacious and secure, with an excellent range of fully-accessible facilities. Each day our friendly and experienced staff run fun activities which cater to all abilities.
Who can visit?
We welcome disabled people of all ages from babies to adults, and their families, carers or friends. We support people at any stage of their diagnostic journey, whatever their additional needs.
We offer regular days for disabled visitors and their families. We also offer focus days for Pre-school children, adults, schools, respite groups and the wider community when any family can join us to enjoy our facilities
There are three camping pods available to book; The Enchanted Forest; The Hare Hut and The Chill Cabin. All pods include a bathroom, kitchenette and have a shared social area which include the use of a BBQ. You can add on access to Thomley’s facilities the day before / after your stay with us and other extras such as a breakfast or BBQ hamper. We also have a range of equipment to make your stay more accessible, please enquire for more details. Please check our calendar of events before booking to ensure you and your family/friends can attend an appropriate day session.
Each pod contains: WIFI; an air conditioning unit; a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; a kitchenette with kettle, microwave and fridge and a smart TV. Each pod includes wide access doors and access ramps for wheelchairs.

Specifically designed soft play area, two sensory rooms, an art room, and an imagination room. Playrooms, a music room, a construction room, open soft play and a teenage den. Outside there is a climbing fort and an accessible 1km track for bike riding.
Available to all children, teenagers and adults with special needs, whether they have a physical or learning disability, a sensory impairment, behavioural difficulties or autism, or whether they are socially disadvantaged or unable to make meaningful use of alternative mainstream provision.
