Spindrift is a luxurious boutique private house, where guests are treated like one of the family. A home from home.
At Spindrift, amidst a genuine family atmosphere, you will enjoy comfortable and tasteful en-suite 5 star accommodation (one double, one twin), with your own private access. Superb food is served, with many of the fruit and vegetables having been grown in our kitchen garden; your host is a Cordon Bleu-trained gourmet chef.
Our beautiful exquisite gardens, including one inspired by Monet's garden in Giverny are opened up each year as part of the Open Gardens event in aid of Thames Valley Air Ambulance. Our heated outdoor pool is sheltered by yew hedges and amazing flower borders, and you can rely on a very warm welcome from Rufus the Corgi!
Spindrift is located within the peaceful secluded village of Jordans, the home of Quakerism. The historic Meeting House, dating from 1688, is just a few hundred yards away and is the resting place of William Penn, one of the founding fathers of the USA. The 16th century Old Jordans farm and the Mayflower Barn - said to be made from timbers of the eponymous ship - stand next to the Meeting House.
Spindrift is within easy reach of numerous attractions including Windsor Castle; Beaconsfield, home of Bekonscot Model Village and the Beaconsfield Open Air Theatre; Milton's Cottage in Chalfont St. Giles; and historic mansions such as Cliveden Manor, Hughendon Manor, and Chenies House.
Spindrift is located just 2 miles from junction 2 of the M40 motorway. Seer Green & Jordans railway station on the Chiltern Line is but a short walk away, and will whisk you to London Marylebone in around half an hour.
