Old Rose Cottage is a grade II listed 4 star AA rated brick-and-flint cottage ideally situated in the heart of Turville.
The cottage dates back to the 16th century and it has been recently renovated to provide all comforts whilst preserving its character. It is open all year round and provides 4-star self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people.
Accommodation is arranged over two floors.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. The bedrooms and stairway have beautiful original oak beams.
Downstairs there are a bathroom with bath/shower, a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room.
There is a magnificent inglenook fireplace in the sitting room with a log burner for cosy evenings in winter, as well as a television and a DVD player.
The oak cottage style kitchen has a dining area and is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer and everything needed for an enjoyable holiday, including abundance of pans, cutlery and crockery. Towels and bedding are provided at no extra charge and are changed weekly for bookings spanning over two weeks or longer.
Old Rose Cottage also benefits from a nearby private secluded garden with table and chairs, parking for one car,free wi-fi for our guests as well as a land line for incoming calls (outgoing calls by arrangement).
