A bit about us

Five luxury en-suite accommodations:

  • Pippin wigwam (with its own private hot tub)
  • Jazz wigwam (with private hot tub)
  • Bramley wigwam (with private hot tub)
  • Braeburn wigwam
  • Vintage 1955 Airstream en-suite caravan

The wigwams and Airstream are situated in the beautiful mature orchard at Hill Farm. The orchard is home to wonderful old apple, pear and damson trees. The tranquillity of the orchard, with its canal side setting and breathtaking views of the Chiltern Hills make this an ideal setting to enjoy a unique glamping experience.

A step back to more tranquil times. Leafy lanes, apples slowly ripening on ancient laden trees, a majestic heron standing guard on the canal bank. Gaily painted narrow boats meander by. Breakfast alfresco, a lazy morning reading, then perhaps a gentle stroll along the towpath to the local pub for a nice lunch.

Whether you seek a solitary weekend escape, some couple time, fun with friends, or to spend quality time with your family, there is so much to see and do nearby.

The closest pub, The Grove Lock, is a a lovely stroll away along the canal, or a 5 minute drive by car. There are several other pubs within 2.5 miles - a short car or taxi ride away.

Hill Farm & Orchard is conveniently reachable from London. The nearest railway station is Leighton Buzzard which is 5.1 miles away.

Testimonials

We stayed for a long weekend in Braeburn wigwam. The wigwam is well equipped, with everything you need to make meals and a pull out table. The surroundings are glorious, listening to the bird song and lambs in the mornings. The goody bags are a lovely touch, especially the treat bag for the dog, who also enjoyed her holiday! Perfect for a much needed break.

Our trip to Hill Farm was exactly what we'd hoped and exceeded our (already high) expectations in every way. It was a lovely weekend escape to relax and unwind, surrounded by peaceful, idyllic scenery.

The farm was beautiful and calm and a world away from the hustle and bustle of London life - and considering it is only about an hour away from North London it was truly a great escape.

The provided facilities were great, with a really cosy pod and jacuzzi. Would really recommend anyone looking for a staycation that is not too far from London

Just back from having 3 nights here we had 3 of the Wigwams all with hot tubs . 6 adults and 2 fur babies .The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was spotless and the setting was perfect and quiet .we enjoyed all the extra touches left for us by Susan and Tom . Access to local pubs was easy and also takeaways delivered to gate so was not tied to kitchen although it was plenty big enough to cook full English for all each morning . Long walks by the Cannel to work them off .Hot tubs were heaven and a lovely place to enjoy the sunset .Will defiantly be going Back
