Old Thatch, a large black and white listed cottage is one of the longest thatched buildings in Bucks. Once a beer house and then the Rose and Crown Pub it became a private residence in the 20th century.
Its most renowned owner was Enid Blyton who lived at Old Thatch from 1929 for a number of years, The present garden of 2 acres, derelict until recently has been brought back to life by Jacky Hawthorne, garden designer and owner of Old Thatch.
