The gardens of this former home of Enid Blyton are recognised internationally for their exceptional design and planting, awarded a star in 'The Good Gardeners Guide', featured in 'The Most Amazing Gardens In Britain and Ireland' and on BBC Gardeners World. Formal, contemporary and naturalistic, the gardens are alive with the sights and sounds of wildlife. Delicious home-made cakes are available in the Old Stables Tea Room.
Little known facts:
1. Like gin & tonic? We grow the plant used in the making of gin.
2. Our most popular cake in May is the cake of the month - rhubarb & ginger.
3. Who says sherbert & toffee don't grow on trees?
