Hand-on Easter Spectacular at Chiltern Open Air Museum

Join in the fun as we bring history alive this Easter, with spectacular re-enactments and hands on activities for all the family over the holiday weekend.
Visit the villagers in Leagrave Cottage where our re-enactors will be cooking a typical meal for an 18th Century family. Then see the wheel turning as the ladies spin their wool (all weekend).
Marvel as Sharpe's Rifles practise their drill. Meet the soldiers and their families as they prepare to march to war (Sunday and Monday only).
Traditional crafts and Easter celebrations will be available for visitors of all ages to take part in throughout the weekend.
Join in the hunt for clues around the Museum. Answer all the clues correctly to get your very own small chocolate Easter Egg.
