Quality Assessment Scheme

All accommodation featured on this website has either been quality assessed by VisitBritain or the AA, or belongs to internationally recognised hotel brands where quality and standards are commonly associated with the company.

The VisitBritain and AA ratings provide a clear guide of what to expect when you arrive, using a simple one to five star rating. All properties are visited annually by trained, impartial assessors, so you can have confidence that your accommodation has been thoroughly checked and rated for quality.

If an accommodation establishment is shown as 'awaiting grading' this means that the property has applied for, but not yet received an assessment.
